Learn to screen print at Clockwork Studios

Would you like to print a t-shirt, a tote bag or whatever you want with your own designs?

Brian Merry, a Clockwork artist with over 20 years experience in textile design, will be teaching one day print classes in small groups of four from 5th August.

You will learn how to:

Prepare your fabric for printing
Mix simple water-based pigments and choose appropriate binders for your fabric
Screen print using an open screen, paper stencils and your own image

You will get:

Tuition and guidance in a class of no more than 4
Your own image exposed onto a silk screen (print area 42x60cm) for your use during the day
Calico and paper to test and experiment with
All the inks and binders that you use during the day
